Welcome to one of the more opinionated spots on the net.
This site exists because I like to write, rant, and save rants and interesting bits that
I run into. In other words, I'm an packrat, an opinionated one, and one of my favorite things to collect is
information. Over the years in playing with the internet, I find that saving something online, on a web site,
means I can access it from anywhere. Of course so can anyone else. Which is how you got here. Why are you here,
anyway?
However, for all practical purposes, the real reason that this site exists as an actual web site at all is that
I'm a total scrooge, and I could get it for free.
